After work Friday was a road ride, an attempt to prepare for this week's century...that's 100 miles. Friday we rode 73 miles. From the office to Antelope Island, the island road and then back to Ogden.

One highlight from the day was seeing this Antelope up close and personal. It was my first and it got very close to us. Cool.

Lynn's jersey is the greatest biking jersey in the history of the world. I wish I were a woman so I could wear that jersey. And I'd have to be a biker, too, and lose my gut-flab. But it would almost be worth the sex change and the liposuction.
